Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected suppliers will be responsible for providing property restoration and securing services and all required materials, including but not limited to the following: • Emergency Board-Up: Secure and board up damaged windows, doors, and openings to prevent unauthorized access and protect against weather exposure. • Temporary Structural Repairs: Perform temporary structural repairs and stabilization to ensure the safety of property occupants and prevent further damage. • Security measures: Implement security measures such as temporary fencing, lighting, and alarm systems as needed. • Debris Removal: Safely remove and dispose of debris, hazardous materials, and damaged structures in compliance with local regulations. The City will not compensate contractor for work that does not occur on City owned property. Contractor shall seek compensation from property owner or through the properties insurance policy. Materials paid for by property owner or the insurance policy will become property of the paying party.
