Specifications include, but are not limited to: : Contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, labor, and equipment as required, to provide CNG fuel to County vehicles. A. Contractor’s Responsibilities: 1. Provide facilities with natural gas (CNG) fuel for County CNG type vehicles. The “Stations” means (a) all public access CNG stations in Southern California which are owned and operated by Contractor and (b) the public access CNG station located at 2023 West Collins Ave., Orange, CA 92867. 2. Provide preferential pricing to the County. 3. The estimated cost of CNG fuel will include the following and is further described in Attachment B: a. Cost of CNG fuel b. State CNG Fuel Tax / California GGE c. Federal Exercise Tax – CNG Fuel GGE 4. Provide a monthly itemized report of all charges for County review. Statement will be provided monthly as a text file sent to the County’s Project Manager and shall include. This report is not an invoice: a. Data points b. Vehicle ID c. Card # d. Transaction date and time e. Fuel type f. Fuel price g. Fuel amount before tax h. Federal tax amount / State tax amount (combined) i. Total amount 5. Safety requirements. The Contractor shall comply with all Cal-OSHA safety requirements. 6. Fuel Card Services. The Contractor shall provide all vendor fuel card services at no cost to the County. These services shall include the issuance and activation of fuel cards and billing of services back to the County. B. Fuel Card Requirements: 1. The issued Clean Energy Fuel cards must be accepted at all Clean Energy owned and operated CNG fueling stations. 2. County shall not assume liability for charges on cards reported lost, stolen, or cancelled after such card (s) are reported to Contractor as lost, stolen or cancelled.
