Specifications include, but are not limited to: Louisville Metro is looking to establish a price contract for the production and coordination of the Light Up Louisville and other Louisville Metro special events that require the same expertise. This year’s event is on Friday, November 24, 2023. Louisville Metro may choose to award multiple contracts. No vendor will be guaranteed any business as a result of this contract. Please feel free to bid on all two sections, however, it is not guaranteed that you will be awarded all three. Budget for the entire event depends on the sponsorships support. All successful vendors will serve on the Light Up Louisville event planning committee directed by the Office of the Mayor/Metro Parks Special Events Management Office. Prospective companies may choose to bid on the whole event or on any of these 2 individual sections of the event. Light Up Louisville is a sponsor funded event. Levels of production services will be dependent upon finances received. Please provide a scope of services for each of the following budget ranges given to each section you chose to bid. Section 1. Light Up Louisville Event Show Producer Budget: $50,000 – $60,000 Section 2 Light Up Louisville Technical Producer Budget:$50,000 - $70,000
