Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase 1 – Provide site demolition, construction, and installation of vaults, conduit duct banks and other site improvements necessary for the installation of two switches and cables in relation to the planned demolition of Hamilton Hall. Feeders will be rerouted to the new corresponding vaults. With the exception of miscellaneous landscaping, civil work will be completed before the arrival of the medium voltage switches. Outages shall be limited in duration, phased, and coordinated in advance of the UO to preferably take place during UO’s summer vacation period. The utmost priority will be purchasing any long lead items (eg: switches, cabling, etc.) in order to have them available once the associated, and required, civil work has been completed. Phase 2 – Installation of two new MV switches on vaults V342 and V343. Installation to begin June 2024 finish by August 2024. Outages shall be coordinated in advance with UO.
