Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work is comprised of removal of an existing concrete structure on 600 North in the Dry Creek Channel. Installation of a new precast or cast in place concrete box culvertlooping of a 10” AC (asbestos concrete) PI main and a 4” PVC culinary water main. Installation of a 4” culinary tee, valves and blow off assembly. Special provisions must be made for disposal of the AC (asbestos concrete) pipe. Both water mains will require utility casings under the new box culvert per Lehi City design standards as shown on the civil design drawings. Installation of two curb inlets with approximately 50’ of 12” RCP piping into the side of the box culvert. Restoration of the site will include installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk, and asphalt. All other work as shown on Jones and Demille civil design drawings dated.
