Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project includes removal of approximately 570’ of 6” cast iron PI main and replacement with a new 8” purple C-900 PVC line in the same corridor. This work will include installation of all pipe, valves, fittings, and reducers as well as reconnection of 6 existing service laterals to new PI main with a double strap brass saddle and corporation stop. Any galvanized service lateral pipe that is found must be replace with a new 1” IPS purple poly service from the main to the service meter in the residents yard. Removal of approximately 90’ of old irrigation ditch piping and installation of 105’ of new 36” RCP in the same corridor. Lehi City will provide the 36” RCP pipe, the contractor will be responsible to provide all new gaskets and both flared end sections. All utility trench will required imported fill and must meet an A-1-a designation. Contractor will be responsible for disposal of all cast iron pipe, valves, fittings, concrete structures, and spoil from the excavation
