Space must have a minimum of 8 exam rooms, 2 nurse rooms, 5 restrooms, 3 offices, l laboratory space, a break/lounge area, sufficient lobby space and adequate, well lit, paved parking. Any property selected for lease must meet OSHA specifications, as well as ADA guidelines and all applicable building codes as enforced by the Division of Building Code Enforcement.
