Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Successful Offeror will recruit, staff, schedule, credential, manage and provide KDMC with off-site Scribes who will be present, via a virtual interaction, during the provider’s performance of a clinical service and document into the EHR the pertinent details of the patient encounter on behalf of the provider. The offeror will provide KDMC with Scribes who possess the technical skills, medical knowledge base, and familiarity with medical terminology to retrieve and accurately document into the EHR all relevant and pertinent details of the patient encounter, which may include, but are not limited to, the history of the patient’s present illness or condition, review of systems and physical examination, vital signs and lab values, results of imaging studies, procedures performed, progress notes, continued care plan and medication lists, and any other information as directed by the provider. The offeror will provide KDMC with scribes who will perform other associated tasks such as locating information for review, entering additional information into the EHR, and researching information as instructed by the provider
