Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Chassis & Packer body shall be current 2024 models, made under standard production by the manufacturer and which the bidder stocks parts. All equipment furnished under this contract shall be new and unused, and the same as the manufacturers current production model. Accessories not specifically mentioned, but necessary to furnish a complete unit ready for use shall also be included. The equipment furnished shall conform to all ANSI Safety Standards A245.1-1-1984. The unit as specified and all equipment, standard and optional, shall be completely assembled, adjusted, installed and ready for use on a truck chassis furnished by others. Bidder shall provide a (5) year warranty on hydraulic cylinders, (5) year warranty for defects in materials and workmanship parts and labor from date of delivery including wiring and electrical components wired in or connected to chassis or transmission or engine system shall be covered for five (5) years parts and labor. The following specifications are the minimum acceptable specifications. Failure to comply may be used as a basis for rejection of the bid.
