Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is seeking a contractor to help with the creation, dissemination, and subsequent analyses of the Tennessee Educator Survey. The Tennessee Educator Survey (“TES”) is the most important annual survey used to understand the experience of educators across Tennessee. The contractor will design and administer the annual educator survey to Tennessee educators, collect responses, and provide several data files with results. The results of this survey will be instrumental in assisting the State in understanding the TES and building important initiatives for educator success. A contractor is necessary to manage the sampling frame and subsequent contact list in addition to supporting school districts in building the technical infrastructure to allow educators to take the survey. A contractor will be responsible for creating unique links for educators so that the State can ensure all respondents have an active teaching license. Data files produced by the survey will be cleaned and shared with the State, in addition to analyses of results.
