Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove and replace Roof on campus. Gender and Women’s Studies BLDG 438 (925 N Tyndall Ave, Tucson AZ.) Built in 1966 Existing roof includes: 2ply BUR System over plywood substrate. This BLDG requires a .60 Mil Mechanically attached PVC System. A mechanically attached ½” insulation coverboard across substrate. An additional ½ ” tapered “cricket” insulation is required to assist with existing ponding issues at the ridge of building. This Roof project should include new jacks on penetrations, new scuppers. Provide and install C-block rubber mounts for all plumbing and electrical on roof NOTE* The University of Arizona to disconnect, raise and reconnect all AC equipment, electrical and plumbing to necessary 8” ABOVE ROOF DECK.
