Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this solicitation is to identify qualified individuals and/or firms to provide a variety of employee relations investigative services on an as needed basis. The county reserves the right to select investigators from the qualified list based on the county’s best interest. Maricopa County does not guarantee that any services will be awarded under this quote. Selected investigators are responsible for conducting or assisting with investigations regarding grievances and/or employee misconduct, alleged discrimination, retaliation or violations/non-compliance with Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office policies and procedures and applicable federal and state laws. Investigators may confer with executive-level staff within and outside of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office as well as other Office or agency representatives.
