Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Determine the scope of work: Review the recommendations outlined in the 2018 Duck Pond Feasibility Study and review existing conditions on site, including utilities infrastructure, accessibility, built infrastructure, water quality, and the general environment. The Duck Pond is a central feature of the Scholes Hall Heritage Zone; as such the study will integrate recommendations from the UNM Heritage Preservation Plan. Work with UNM PDC, Student Affairs, Historic Preservation Committee, and other stakeholders on a prioritization exercise to determine improvements that can be addressed within the allotted budget. Through this exercise determine current priorities and necessary steps to implement them. 2. Program, design, and implement the priority items within budget: Provide estimates at programming and at each design phase. Provide construction administration services. 3. Assist with approvals: Assist the project team in gaining State capital project approval, as well as the State Historic Preservation Department’s approval.
