Specifications include, but are not limited to: Housing Assistance Management Enterprise (“HAME”), an instrumentality of the Housing Authority of Salt Lake City, is soliciting bids in partnership with Ethos Real Estate (“Ethos”), from qualified and experienced General Contractors to provide construction services for the development of Book Cliffs Lodge, a new 55-unit apartment complex located at 1159 South West Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101. This project aims to provide one-bedroom units for low-income individuals at a mix of Area Median Income (AMI) levels to address the growing need for affordable housing in the area. The project is permit-ready and will commence construction upon the award of Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) financing. The expected project delivery is late-2025, following an 18-month construction period.
