Specifications include, but are not limited to: Debris Removal - Material – Debris material includes, non-merchantable logs, wood debris, and wood debris mixed with soil and aggregate. Equipment – Furnish equipment necessary to remove all debris material to existing ground, shaping existing ground to a smooth surface of uniform grade, and providing a firm surface for aggregate base to be placed. Debris Removal – Remove debris material down to existing ground as determined in the field. Burning of wood will not be permitted. Disposal – Haul and dump material at pre-determined disposal locations identified in Attachment A. Disposal Site A – This will be the primary disposal location. Site is approx. 2.4 miles from McCoy Recreation site parking lot. Consists of a narrow road approx. 865 feet long and 10 feet wide and ends at a small landing approx. 43 feet long by 25 feet wide. Debris shall be contained within the identified footprint. No grading or disturbing of existing ground will be permitted. Do not cut or remove any trees without prior approval. No debris trees are anticipated at this location. Disposal Site B – This disposal site will be used only if debris material exceeds the capacity of disposal site A. This site is approx. 4.8 miles from the McCoy Recreation site parking lot. Consists of a narrow road approx. 10 feet wide. Several debris trees have fallen across the road and will be required to be cut. Debris shall be kept within the roadway. No grading or disturbing of roadway will be permitted.
