Specifications include, but are not limited to: PGW is seeking to procure redundant SIP trunks for voice traffic for all locations. Location 1 will be at 800 Montgomery Avenue with location 2 at SunGard (401 N. Broad Street). Proposers should provide approaches for 2 hub solution. Proposers should include and comment on the most common solution deployed to its other customers. Proposers should include codec support and fax/modem support. PGW would like options for call delivery (round robin, deterministic) with ability for PGW to manage via portal. Please detail how the backup options would be configured in the event of a SIP trunk failure and call preservation is a requirement should one SIP trunk fail to the other. Proposers should describe how SIP trunks will be sized, including for backup. Please describe in detail how the SIP trunk will peer with backbone and the number and locations of SBCs and PSTN gateways in provider environment. The proposed solution must have a portal for PGW to manage all SIP services. PGW will be migrating the SunGard SIP lines to our new North Operations Center located at 5000 Summerdale Ave Philadelphia PA in the next year. The new NOC is not yet fully ready to install the SIP circuits so we will have to migrate once our datacenter is completed
