Specifications include, but are not limited to: The SERVICE PROVIDER agrees to perform inspection services to ensure that the landscaping, litter removal, culvert cleaning, sweeping, painting, lighting and other District I Maintenance Projects are accomplished in conformance with the plans, specifications, and all other contract documents. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide a Principal Engineer to act as Project Manager. The Principal Engineer shall be limited to billing no more than eight (8) hours per month regardless of the number of task orders issued, unless prior approval for additional hours is obtained from the DEPARTMENT. The Principal Engineer shall be certified by the Nevada State Board of Registered Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 625, as a licensed Civil Engineer. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide up to one (1) Assistant Resident Engineer (Key Personnel), three (3) Inspectors, up to two (2) Testers, as required, trucks, and cell phones. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide incidental equipment as may be required by the DEPARTMENT. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide all personnel assigned to these projects the proper safety equipment, including but not limited to, soft caps, hard hats and vests meeting the current DEPARTMENT standards for Work Zone Apparel.
