Specifications include, but are not limited to: San Juan County is requesting bids for culvert cleaning and vacuum truck services on an as needed basis.Offeror shall provide all necessary manpower and equipment (vacuum truck) for culvert cleaning operations.Locations are various roadways within San Juan County New Mexico. San Juan County will furnish thenecessary manpower and equipment to provide water and traffic control for the culvert cleaning operation. Theoffer shall provide technical specifications of equipment to be used as proposed. The selected bidder willprovide an hourly rate for services. The following conditions will be included in the executed contract.-Minimum daily charge of eight (8) hours.-Hourly rates will be charged based on travel time to/from bidder location within San Juan County, NewMexico. Non-local bidders are eligible to begin travel time from San Juan County Public Works in Aztec,New Mexico.-Disposal of materials is included in hourly rate.-Fuel surcharge is applicable.-Bidder to identify applicable environmental fees as necessary for inclusion in the contract
