Specifications include, but are not limited to: In an effort to modernize and improve the telecommunications capabilities of vital City of Moscow emergency services, the City of Moscow is soliciting bids to furnish and install a system of base station repeaters, microwave radios and their associated antennas, VHF voting receivers, all associated equipment as described herein, and a systemwide interface across 9 sites within the region. Additionally, as part of this project, bidders are to provide design-build services for an 85’ monopole capable of supporting the antenna and transmission line systems and in full-adherence to the project specifications, ANSI/TIA 222, and all other applicable codes and standards. Also, within this project scope is full and complete systemwide integration, configuration, testing, programming, optimization, documentation etc. as required for a fully- complete, fully-operable, turnkey system meeting project specifications.
