Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Belknap County Courthouse has an outdated/obsolete Taco iWork building control system that was installed in 2005. The scope of this project is to completely remove this system and replace it with a new Johnson Controls Facility Explorer Tridium Platform BacNet Control System. The bidding vendor shall be responsible for complete removal of the existing system, installation of a new front end, all field controllers, programming, graphics, and equipment commissioning. There are approximately 128 hardwired points in this system with upwards of 100+ software points. The bidding vendor is responsible for verifying all existing conditions and points to submit a qualifying bid. The intent of the county is to be left a 100% working and commissioned system for all HVAC equipment.
