Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Scope of Work for the projects listed shall include the following key elements: Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, RFP, Construction Administration, and 11-month Warranty Inspection. The project team shall include as a minimum: Architectural, Engineering, and any other design consultants as may be required. Project(s) are as follows: ● Design a New Middle School to meet modern educational needs. ● The design will meet all current code requirements. ● The design will accommodate CTE programs. ● The design will also meet current athletic needs i.e. (1 – Large Main Gym, 1- Auxiliary Gym, Football Field, Track). ● This facility will address approximately (4) classroom per grade plus additional ancillary spaces as needed.
