Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Bidder shall provide qualified medical personnel to perform phlebotomy services to Agency, twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days a week at locations within the designated “Service Area” as defined below. 2. Bidder shall respond within one (1) hour of Agency request. 3. Bidder shall use a lab kit provided by Agency and will follow all established guidelines and best practices for collecting, labeling, and transferring custody of the specimen at the scene of service. 4. Bidder shall document the procedure, including the subject’s name, time, vein of puncture site, and volume and description of the specimen drawn. A copy of this documentation shall be provided to the Agency. 5. Upon Agency request, Bidder shall make available appropriate personnel to testify in court proceedings in relation to services provided. 6. “Service Area” is defined as a location within Lincoln county. Other locations may be agreed upon between the Parties.
