Specifications include, but are not limited to: The demolition project referenced above consists of demolition and removal from the site of all buildings, site structures, curbing and paving (including base), site waste treatment plant, and capping of all utilities below grade. Backfill and compaction of all excavations, grading of the site for positive drainage, and sodding of all disturbed areas are required. Repair/replacement of select sections of the perimeter fence and adding a double gate for Grounds/Maintenance Access. The contractor will be required to perform an as‐built survey after the site is cleared. The project will be demolished in two phases: Phase 1 must include the demolition of the canopy system and decking system around the portables. These are District Owned Portables which will be offered up for sale and this area must be cleared for the portables to be removed. Phase 2 will include the remainder of the campus-wide demolition including the waste treatment facility on site. FDEP permit is required for the demolition of the on‐site waste treatment plant (requirements attached). • NESHAP surveys to be provided, asbestos abatement (if required) by OCPS. • Please include seeding as an alternate to the sodding base scope. • Trees on site should be protected during demolition activities. • WW treatment and lift stations should be decommissioned/removed, piping would remain. • Site grading will be limited to disturbed areas, with no backfill of existing retention. • All OCPS salvage activities will be completed ahead of construction NTP.
