Specifications include, but are not limited to: Purdue is requesting proposal for Health and Welfare Benefit Consulting Services. The selected consultant will provide a full range of services related to strategy, design, implementation, maintenance, and data analytics. The selected consultant will assist with the creation, design, and/or modification of all employee health and welfare benefit plans including recommendations for innovative, cost-efficient, and competitive programs. This includes strategic advice and innovative ideas for: · Competitive plan designs and benchmarking· Short- and long-term strategic direction of all benefit offerings· Vendor management and negotiations· Data analytics· Population Health, wellness, and care management· Legislative compliance· Employee education The selected consultant will also be expected to provide measurable results for minimizing risks, optimizing benefit structures, reducing costs, improving employee wellbeing and increasing employee engagement.
