SAMPLE TASKS AND DELIVERABLES. DEI Champions Cohort Program for 30 staff (All DNR divisions included) Administer IDI assessments to participants Provide three 30-minute individual one-on-one coaching sessions to each participant (virtual or in-person) Conduct up to a two-hour group coaching session (virtual or in-person) Provide a group level report of IDI results Provide DEI growth meetings and exercises – minimum of six, two-hour sessions throughout the year A six hour in-person commencement event planned with authorized DNR staff and facilitated at a location selected by the DNR Evaluation of that cohort experience Final report and recommendation of changes that would benefit as well as things that didn’t work Planning and feedback meetings with leadership – minimum of four, 30-min. sessions virtual or in-person to be done throughout the year
