Specifications include, but are not limited to: The professional consulting firm will provide services to plan, design, constructioninspection and management as required to construct a pathway as outlined in the grantapplication between Elm Street to Chelsea Road along CSAH 39:•Prepare plans, specification, and construction administration for the construction of a10’ wide pathway along CSAH 39 as indicated in the grant application.• Construct ADA ramps as required throughout the project area.• Construct an enhanced pedestrian crossing near Eagle Circle.•Coordinate with Wright County’s pavement preservation project planned for construction in 2025.•Coordinate with Wright County and MNDOT for the construction of pedestrian improvements on the CSAH 39/I-94 overpass.•Coordinate with MNDOT to ensure that all federal requirements are met for designand construction.
