Complete diagnostic results and documentation of investigation Mill Creek Office 24/7 System Monitoring Monitor Treasury power systems 24/7/365 for disruptions. If utility power is lost and the microgrid successfully transitions to either the BESS or Generator as the anchor resource, send an email notification to Treasury staff at all changes in anchor resource. If the EMS does not successfully transition between anchor resources within 60 seconds, contractor should send an email and begin calling through the call list until a Treasury staff member is reached and notified of the failure. If an anchor resource is not functional within 10 minutes, contractor should send out an additional email notification. Activities Excluded from Scope Treasury has a long-term lease with PJ’s Land Development to occupy the building. The landlord is responsible for necessary repair and maintenance work. At times the selected firm may need to coordinate with Treasury staff to notify the landlord of necessary repairs and maintenance needs that have been identified. The Statement of Work will be included in the Sample Contract (Attachment A). The following firm qualifications are preferred: Experience with commercial and/or government office facilities Experience with supporting facilities that require 24/7 operations Experience with long‐term planning, including preventive maintenance, monitoring and emergency planning (with regards to systems and assemblies), and long‐term cost‐benefit or life cycle analyses. Experience assembling Diagnostic Plans and OCx project scopes (including the “when” as well as the “what”). Experience with Coppertree preferred. Experience with Schneider EMST preferred.
