Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Pharmacy will supply or arrange to supply the Facility residents with pharmaceutical supplies pursuant to the orders of the residents' physicians. For purposes hereof, the term "pharmaceutical supplies" will include all pharmaceuticals (including prescription and over the counter drugs and medications, such pharmaceutical supplies and equipment that are necessary for the administration of medications. The parties may agree on additional services to be rendered by the Pharmacy to the Facility. These additional services may include Medical Record Services, Electronic Medical Records Services, or such other additional services as may be agreed upon in writing by both parties. If such services are to be provided by the Pharmacy, the fees for these services will be included in the rate proposal sheet.
