Replace 2 windows on Northside and 1 window on Westside, with double pane glass, (metal Frames) windows need to open for ventilation. Windows need to be slider style, with LOW E, no Nitrogen, Commercial grade. 1.8. Clean up daily of trash and nails around work site and haul off any waste. We do not provide waste containers. 1.9. Provide at least a 1-year warranty of materials, labor, and workmanship of project.
