Specifications include, but are not limited to: Delivery of appliance to the site All components necessary for a complete installation (electrical cords, hoses, etc.) Complete installation of all appliances by qualified installers Removal of all debris (packaging, etc.) off property when installation is complete. Contractor is responsible for all damage caused by delivery or installation of appliances. Contractor shall provide a transferrable full one-year warranty on installation and appliances plus a transferable manufacturer warranty. Any changes or substitutions must be submitted before the question deadline. All appliances must be apartment grade or better. All appliance manufacturer, color and finish must be the same. Contractor shall submit information with each line item on bid and submit descriptive literature with bid submittal. All appliances must be ENERGY STAR certified.
