Specifications include, but are not limited to: “The VENDOR will collect 24-hour corridor traffic counts using machine/camera recorded traffic counters to record vehicle travel speeds, vehicle classification and hourly directional traffic counts at a maximum of 15 locations along the project corridors over a minimum five (5) day period including a Saturday. The VENDOR will conduct multimodal peak hour turning movement traffic counts at up to 106 project traffic signal-controlled intersections during the weekday AM (6 to 9 AM) and PM (3 to 6 PM) peak hours, for three (3) consecutive days. In addition to the 106 intersections to be counted during the week, a maximum of 20 additional intersections will be counted during the Saturday midday retail peak, typically 11 AM to 1 PM. This work will take place in the New Haven metro area.
