Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall develop and produce a set of construction plans for the Design of Benton County State Aid Highway 29 Extension. The plans will be used for bidding by highway contractors to construct Benton County State Aid Highways 29. A. Develop a design schedule. The Consultant should develop a schedule of when key design elements will be complete. Temporary easements and utility relocations/adjustments will be key early. B. Review Available Data While developing the construction plans the Consultant will be expected to review all relevant data. This may include but is not limited to completed field surveys, LIDAR data, National Wetland Inventory, Atlas 14 data, Public Waters Inventory, any other publicly available data. Benton County will provide the following: • Section Lines in .dwg • Previous construction plans • Benton County Road Right of Way Plat No. 6 • Previously completed Project Memorandum C. PMT Meetings The Consultant shall include in their proposal several PMT meetings. D. Public Engagement Materials Deliverables include but are not limited to: • Materials advertising upcoming public events • Documents for publication on County Website • Text to be used in mailings to target audiences. E. Environmental Documentation Deliverables here include the wetland delineation reports including drafts. The consultant will complete all permitting required to complete the project. F. Traffic Studies The Consultant will complete intersection analyses. The Consultant and will submit either an ICE report or a Roundabout Justification report, whichever is deemed necessary during the analysis. G. Preliminary Design Deliverables include: • Project Drainage Map • Preliminary and final Drainage Reports • Geometric Layouts • Design Memorandum • Preliminary Cost Estimate H. Property Acquisition Deliverables include: • Parcel Sketches • Certificates of Titles for affected parcels. • Appraisal Reports • Notification Letters
