Specifications include, but are not limited to: Section 4 - Design and rebuild existing 477 kcmil overhead distribution line with dual 795 kcmil spacer cables and heavy duty poles from 118th and Parallel Parkway to a location south of the future 118th and Delaware Parkway. The new second circuit will be dedicated to Urban Outfitters. Section 4a - Design and build a new manhole ductbank system from NW Corner of 119th & Parallel Parkway to SW Corner of 118th & Parallel Parkway then South to Riser Poles. Install new electrical cables for the two distribution circuits. Section 5 - Phase 2, Section 5 - Design and rebuild existing 477 kcmil overhead distribution line with overhead dual 795 kcmil spacer cables and heavy duty poles from a location south of the future 118th and Delaware Parkway to 118th and State Avenue. The new second circuit will be dedicated to Urban Outfitters.
