Specifications include, but are not limited to: • All work to be done during normal business hours 6:30am-4:00pm Mon- Fri. After hours are available with prior approval. • Provide and install approximately 200’ of 8” PVC storm line pipe and fittings. Existing piping is concrete on south and PVC on the north. • Install storm drain box per local code or necessary. • Verify where both connections that the existing 8” pipe is supportive. • Verify above listed work is per local plumbing code. • Install a tracer wire for future locates before backfilling. • Contractor is responsible for offsite disposal of debris. • All work to be compliant with OSHA Standards. • Notify DOT authorized personal of any damaged or defective parts uncovered immediately. A signed Change Order is required for any change to the scope of work, prior to the work being completed. • Properly backfill and compact using DOT approved materials meeting the Standard Specifications for Highway and Bridge Construction. • Concrete to be replaced per attachment • Provide proper SDS sheets on all hazardous chemicals being used. • All locates to be completed by contractor. • Notify DOT 24 hours prior to starting work. • Coordinate work with Owner to phase work where possible to minimize disruption to DOT functions. • Bring online the new service and verify that there are no leaks. • Supply and install a new Fire hydrant on the south side of dig site see site map. Hydrotest prior to the trench being backfilled.
