Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State requires the ground shipment of Lottery Instant/Scratch Tickets, point of sale materials, and possibly, retailer equipment to and from retailers statewide. As part of the shipment process, the Offeror shall track each package's location at any given time. While not currently a process, the State would also like the ability to pick up return packages of tickets from retail locations, should future operations make it necessary. The State has the following objectives for the implementation and operation of courier services. • Guaranteed delivery of all packages with next-day(preferred) or two-day shipping, from either Pueblo or Denver Warehouse with the ability to track all packages at any given time. • Assurance that all proposed systems and services are operational before July 1, 2024. • Obtain prices/fees/rates by delivery region and weight. The State reserves the right to add additional goods/services that would be a natural extension of this solicitation.
