Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Transportation and Development (“DTD”) is looking for a vendor to provide inperson workplace safety training for all staff. DTD consists of over 200 staff and provides a variety of public services to Clackamas County residents. Customer can receive assistance in person at our Development Services Building, Transportation Maintenance Building, Dog Services Building, in County parks, out in the field, over the phone, through email and occasionally zoom. The services that we provide can be complex in nature with many steps for a customer to complete and can require the customer to work with a variety of staff and teams with DTD. The following Scope of work defines the tasks and skills needed for the delivery of a workplace safety training: Plan, prepare and deliver multiple ½ day in-person workshops in the Winter or Spring of 2023/2024 to DTD staff that focuses on tools and considerations that help to reinforce and maintain workplace safety. With quantity of DTD staff that will be required to attend this workshop it will need to be delivered 4 times at 3 different locations, one location will host the workshop on two different dates. The expected number of attendees per workshop would be between 40-70 participants
