Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Pick up and drop off resort staff per assigned route. B. Total continuous service time required: 13 hours per day. C. The LVCVA reserves the right to make modifications to services as requested. D. Double booking of time slot is not permitted. E. All drivers shall be properly licensed per the State of Nevada requirements and have a clean driving record. F. All drivers shall be dressed in appropriate professional attire, act in a businesslike fashion and should not engage in smoking, eating, consuming alcoholic beverages or carry a concealed weapon. G. All drivers are expected to be familiar with all venues and pick up/drop off locations. H. All drivers are required to maintain continuous communication and coordination with the on-site operations coordinator. I. All personnel are expected to be onsite 15 minutes prior to scheduled shift. J. Should during the course of providing transportation, a vehicle become involved in an accident, has a breakdown or experiences an extended delay then a new vehicle should be sent within 30 minutes. K. Soliciting gratuities, whether verbal or written, would not be allowed or acceptable. L. All vehicles must be clean at time of service, in full working order (windows, doors, steps, onboard AV/mic, air conditioning, etc.), have all proper inspections and meet all local requirements. If any part of the vehicle is not working, a replacement vehicle is to be dispatched for the next pick-up. M. All vehicles provided must be equipped with a communication device such as a radio or a cellular phone for safety purposes and to contact the driver.
