Specifications include, but are not limited to: System shall be able to establish baselines for each fiscal period reported in all budget documents. System shall update actuals nightly (from PeopleSoft FSCM). System shall have a function to establish a baseline for current-year estimates. System uses current-year total work program for current-year baseline. System shall have the ability to report on reconciliation. System shall include classification information, including but not limited to the following: organizations, fund, account, adjustment type, and budget activity. System shall include adjustment measures, including but not limited to the following: dollars and position counts for the three years under consideration (Prior Year, Current Year, Budget Year).
