Specifications include, but are not limited to: DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL: The existing porch was an additionand the porch roof connects at the original home exterior housefascia. The existing porch roof shingles, all porch sheathing /decking and insulation will be removed and replaced. Theshingles and roofing will also be removed on the entireremainder of the home. The posts currently in place that arelocatedone(1)ateachendofthe28’exterior porch wall and theother Two (2) posts for a total of four are partially enclosed withwood trim. The aforementioned posts will remain and noadditional posts will be installed. Removing existing roofing isintended to minimize the weight.
