Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide labor and material services generally described as: Routine fire protection sprinkler inspection services for all Dakota County sprinkled facilities. Annual inspection as well as the following chart below. Inspections shall include all required annual testing outlined in NFPA 25: a. Compliance - all services performed, including optional work, will comply with NFPA, manufacturer recommendations, and any other applicable codes and regulations. b. Verify condition, operation, monitoring, security, and signage of all control valves. c. Verify condition, operation, and signage of all gauges. d. Verify condition, operation, and signage of all waterflow and pressure switch alarms. e. Verify condition, operation, and signage of all fire and jockey pumps. f. Verify all sprinkler heads and spares are in operable condition. g. Visually inspect for system leaks. h. Perform main drain waterflow. j. Provide a price to repair each deficiency found during testing and inspection or replace components while on site if provided from county stock. Deficiency quoting shall comply with: a. All deficiencies and inspections required outside of annual inspection shall be annotated on the inspection results. Provide quotes for deficiencies and additional inspections to Dakota County Security Services Administrator for performance at a later date. b. All parts quoted must be available within 24 hours, factory approved, and UL listed c. New devices installed on a deficiency quote become part of this inspection and must be recorded on updated device schedules submitted with future inspections.
