Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor shall supply and deliver parts as ordered to the locations specified in the Delivery section on page 9. The successful vendor must be able to supply and deliver parts for all types of John Deere equipment, whether it be industrial/construction (painted yellow) oriented or agricultural/farm (painted green) oriented, regardless of the size or nature of the equipment. Some state-owned John Deere equipment utilize commonly equipped attachments such as front loader buckets and rear digging buckets that are made by manufacturers other than John Deere, including but not limited to Craig Manufacturing or ACS Industries. The successful vendor shall be capable of supplying common wear parts for these “non-Deere” attachments, for instance the replaceable cutting edges and bucket teeth as included in Attachment 1: Offer Sheet. Unless otherwise specified herein, all services/deliveries performed under this Contract(s) shall be performed between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. for State business days, unless other arrangements are made in advance with the State. Any deviation in work hours shall be pre-approved by the Agency Director.
