Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project includes: replacement of fluorosilicic acid (fluoride) chemical feed system including bulk tank, day tank, transfer pump, metering pumps, and piping; replacement of sodium hydroxide (caustic) chemical feed system including bulk tank, day tank, transfer pump, metering pumps, and piping; replacement of phosphate chemical feed system, including day tank, metering pump, and piping; replacement of sodium hypochlorite chemical feed system including bulk tank, day tank, transfer pump, metering pumps, and piping; and building improvements including replacement of the doors, fiberglass platforms, tempered water and eye washes for chemical feed systems, heating and ventilation improvements, chemical resistant coatings for chemical feed systems, masonry repointing, replacement of roofing, and miscellaneous electrical improvements.
