Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Environmental Quality Board (EQB) requests proposals to build a climate calculator tool (tool) that assists users in answering question 18 (Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions/Carbon Footprint) on the Environmental Assessment Worksheet form. This question on the Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) asks for greenhouse gas quantification for all proposed projects. The contractor will identify their preferred approach, data sources, and any life cycle assessment software(s) used to produce the deliverables outlined below. The contractor will prepare outlines or rough drafts which will be reviewed by EQB staff prior to implementation. Transparency is critical in this effort, and as such any data or processes must be accessible and available to be shared in the final report or appendices. The contractor will work closely with EQB staff, and a technical advisory group (the technical advisory group will be recruited by the EQB).
