Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is a grounds maintenance contract to provide for cleanup and turf maintenance for designated areas within and adjacent to Regency Subdivision (hereinafter “Regency”). Regency is located west of 96th Street and east of Regency Parkway, north of Pacific, and south of Dodge. All units of work shall be pre-approved by the Contract Manager (CM). Cleanup, mowing, fertilizing, and herbicide application are included in the maintenance schedule. The areas to be maintained are designated in the attached plan, Exhibit A, “Limits of Maintenance” and include Regency Park, all common areas, catwalks, three entrances, east side of right-of-way (ROW) along Regency Parkway, and north side of ROW along Pacific Street. All areas combined are roughly 25.4 acres.
