Specifications include, but are not limited to: GU will require After Hours Customer Support Services from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, and twenty-four (24) hour answering service on weekends and GU holidays. The current GU holidays are: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous People’s Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. - GU may also require call handling during times of major outages or severe weather events. These events may include, but are not limited to hurricanes, tropical storms, and snow storms. - GU may require call handling during business hours in the event of training days or staff meetings.
