Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Immediately upon execution of the contract, Contract will perform a 5-day organizational effec�veness assessment (“360 assessment) of the actions and operations at multiple Municipally-contracted emergency cold weather shelter (ECWS) locations. As part of that assessment the Contractor shall: o Identify community, Municipal, operator, and client priorities and needs o Determine any action steps needed to fulfill those priorities and identified needs o Review contracts and compliance with the terms of any contracts by the various contractors and vendors providing services at ECWS loca�ons o Create a written report that includes: The process used for assessment Summary of information gathered during individual interviews and documents reviewed during the assessment Observa�ons and facts discovered Recommenda�ons and conclusions Summary • Contractor will also: • Provide recommenda�ons and guidance to service providers. • Work with shelter service providers to provide op�ons and guidance to address any challenges, gaps in services, and/or community collabora�on. Ac�vi�es will include but are not limited to: o Assessing �meline and services with community partners around the transi�on of clients from shelter services to permanent housing o Communica�ng with all stakeholders opportuni�es to know, cure and/or amend processes and address situa�ons in real �me
