Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The work to be performed is On-Call door repair and replacement Services under these Specifications by the selected vendor shall consist of furnishing all material, labor, supervision, tools, supplies and other expenses necessary to provide repairs, maintenance, replacement door services for all types of doors both interior and exterior doors as directed by the New Haven Public Schools Facilities Department for district Buildings. b. Doors and hardware type, style, and application are to be approved by NHPS Facilities Management Serviced Department prior to installation. c. Provide an Hourly Labor rate to perform all work on doors. d. Vendor is entitled to a 10% mark up on all materials. e. Provide estimates for work as requested by NHPS. All estimated work will be performed time and materials not to exceed estimated amount provided by the vendor. f. Provide lead time on ordered equipment and materials as requested by the NHPS Executive Director of Facilities, Director of Project Management, and Chief Operating Officer. g. The Vendor to provide reports if so requested by the City of New Haven and the Board of Education.
