Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work to be included in the Construction Contract isgenerally described as providing all necessary labor and materials for construction and installation ofa new water service line at Ada County Juvenile Services located at 6300 W. Denton Street, Boise, Idaho 83704, all as more specifically described in this Project Manual and as detailed in the plans included herein at Exhibit C (the “Project”). Testing will not be part of the Work but will be contracted separately by Owner. This Project is being funded by federal monies available to the County through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021. Specifically, the Project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLFRP3408 awarded to Ada County,Idaho by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
