Specifications include, but are not limited to: BrightRidge (“BR”) is requesting cost plus pricing for labor and equipment from interested firms and companies to provide services of tree trimming and right of way maintenance on an hourly basis during the 2024 through 2028 calendar years. notwithstanding the effective date of this contract. When awarded, the contract will be effective on January 1st, 2024, and end December 31st, 2028. Pricing shall include all labor and equipment to maintain tree trimming/cutting and right of way maintenance on an hourly basis. BR will evaluate all proposals submitted and reserves the sole right to reject any or all proposals and reserves the sole right to enter into agreements with one or more firms based on the results of the evaluations of the proposals. At any time, BR may enter into agreements with multiple contractors to perform work and use the BR employee’s workforce in the same capacity. BR reserves the sole right to assign work according to its best interests. Bidder acknowledges that entering into an agreement with BR to perform tree trimming and right of way maintenance work on new and existing right of ways at established cost-plus rates does not obligate BR to assign or guarantee any work to the successful bidder. The term of the contract will be for (5) years: January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2028.
