Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Warren County Memorial Airport desires to offer for lease approximately 29 acres of arable airport owned land located on the north side of Highway 70S and outside the fenced airfield. The land is available for a five-year lease with annual lease payments and an option to negotiate with the County for a five-year lease renewal. The land is available for hay or no-till row crops only. At the end of the lease, the land must be returned to its original condition. A draft copy of the lease is attached. Bidders must submit sealed bids stating the annual amount they are willing to pay Warren County for the agricultural use of this land. The Lease will be awarded to the highest and best offer determined by the Warren County Financial Management Committee.
